If your are purchasing our Virgin Hair for your wig construction, the follow instructions below does not apply to you.**
THE PROCESS:
1. You will pay for the service Please make sure you already have the hair on hand prior to making the purchase.
After you place your order, we will email you the shipping address to ship your hair to us✅
2. When you ship the hair, be sure to get a tracking number for your package. Email the tracking number to me. You can do this by sending a reply to your Order Confirmation Email or by emailing dasnatchedcollection@gmail.com
3. Once the hair is received, wig will be made. After the wig is made, it will be shipped Via USPS Priority Mail 1-3 Day Shipping & You will receive a tracking number.

You Provide the Hair Wigs: 4-10 Business Days
Wig Revamps: 5-7 Business Days
Lace Replacement: 5-7 Business Days
Hair Care Products: Same Day before 5PM EST

Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date.
Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.
